  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be charged in full.

  • If you cancel within the permitted timeframe, you may reschedule your session without additional cost.

  • If we cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

6.3 Packages and Long-Term Programs

  • For multi-session packages or long-term coaching programs, refunds will be considered on an individual basis.

  • Refunds for unused sessions may be granted at our discretion.
